Hi, I'm Meghan
I’m a Women Empowerment Coach. I have loved working with women through my background in clinical counseling, helping them navigate life’s challenges and discover their inner strength. Over time, I’ve found that integrating a more holistic coaching approach, one that prioritizes aligning my values with each client’s mirrored values fosters a deeper and more authentic rooting for their lives. This alignment and the subsequent development allows my clients to live out their faith and purpose in a way that feels true and fulfilling.

My life forever changed when I was 26 years old. As a married military spouse living in suburban Tennessee and studying to become a therapist, I faced an unexpected life shift: my husband left me. With little money and a flood of emotions, I stood at a crossroads. I could let my circumstances and despair pull me into a dark abyss, or I could find beauty in the ashes, choose to heal, grow, and walk in the path I knew the Lord was calling me to.

Over the next four years, I embarked on a transformative journey. I worked hard to take control of my life, rebuild my self-concept, and prepare myself for whatever lay ahead:
-
Heart: I committed to therapy and embraced the hard work of healing. I postured my heart toward the abundance of the Lord allowing for abundant authentic growth.
-
Strength: I leaned into the community I built through my bible study which ensured I was never walking alone. Additionally, I turned to holistic physical health and worshipped the body I walked in.
-
Mind: I graduated from my clinical degree program, moved to North Carolina, and began working in private practice. I pursued an intellectual understanding of people while remaining rooted in the truth of the Lord for all things.
-
Soul: Most importantly, I deepened my relationship with the Lord through His Word and authentic relationship which brought me stability and strength for all things.

Through this journey, I realized that my education and personal experiences were not just tools for personal growth but also a way to be on mission to other Christian women. I felt a deep calling to help them root their lives in faith, purpose, and resilience, just as I had. These experiences shaped my passion for helping women root themselves firmly for whatever life brings. In my work as a therapist in Christian private practice, I’ve had the privilege of guiding young singles and married women to discover their values, develop a stable self-concept, and root themselves in the truth of the Lord. While the one-on-one platform is deeply meaningful to me, I’ve long felt called to extend my reach and impact. This all led to the mission that became the foundation of my work as a therapist and my broader vision for reaching women beyond the counseling room.

In early Fall 2024, I encountered Colossians 2:7: “Being rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith, just as you were taught, and overflowing with gratitude.”

This verse spoke directly to my heart. After much prayer, reflection, and moments of doubt (“I can’t do this, God”), I launched an online platform to share the same guidance, encouragement, and transformative tools my clients experience daily.

Introducing Deep Roots Collective
Through Deep Roots Collective, I aim to inspire Christian women to take hold of their lives for a richer, more deeply rooted experience. For those who may not have access to traditional counseling, this platform offers the unique intersection of faith, psychology, and holistic living. Here, women will be equipped to know who they are in Christ, embrace what they believe, and live it authentically every day. Beyond the content provided through this platform, women can invest in themselves further through 1:1 coaching, group coaching, or the purchase of self-paced curriculum, allowing them to go beyond the free content.

Join me in being deeply rooted in heart, soul, mind, and strength. Together, we’ll build a life grounded in faith, filled with purpose, and overflowing with gratitude.
